For agency owners, closing the deal is just the beginning.

If you offer a service there is so much potential to upsell and expand your revenue.

Here’s what I suggested on a recent call:

Account management
– Onboarding – the sale isn’t finished yet.
— How to design an exceptional onboarding experience for customers
— Retention – moments that matter (exercise)
— Why do customers churn?
– Expansion revenue – check ins tied to customer milestones
— Your delivery
— Customers’ success

All of the above isn’t a “sales” activity, but as an agency owner you need to focus on these.

There’s so much opportunity to unlock revenue in your existing customers, you just need to be more intentional in how you approach it.
