💰 Pipeline is hard to come by at the moment (especially if you’re not executing campaigns correctly).
So this week I’m sharing tips for agency owners to 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙘𝙠 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙪𝙚.
Todays tip is about turning every call into a referral opportunity.
During your qualification and discovery calls you should add something along the lines of the below in your call script:
“𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀, 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀?”
You also need to have a very short paragraph describing your service offering that the prospect can simply forward on to the people they want to refer.
I was guilty of not doing this in the past, but from one question several times a week I generated 3 extra calls a month.
It doesn’t work every time, but when it does, it’s basically free money!
